US Marine Officer's Regulation Cloakcoat: is identical to the Army pattern except that the coat has a scarlet wool body lining in place of the black cotton lining. Per the Regulations, the Marine cape is still lined with black cotton. Marine Officer Cloak Coat only offered in the Regulation version with Scarlet wool body lining, Black Cotton Cape lining, Frog buttons and black silk braid on the sleeves. Specify Frogs or Buttons and RANK: 2nd or 1st Lieutenant (1 row of Black Sleeve Braid), Captain (2 rows of Black Sleeve Braid), Major (3 rows of Black Sleeve Braid), Lieutenant Colonel (4 rows of Black Sleeve Braid), Colonel (5 rows of Black Sleeve Braid) or General (5 tall pattern rows of Black Sleeve Braid). Made in the USA!
