This jacket is made using our 21 ounce sky blue field service wool and has a full cotton lining. Nine Marine button front. Two front pockets for musket caps. Split cuff with single button closure. Shoulder straps with buttons. Machine stitched buttonholes hand stitched buttonholes available as an option. Rank stripes at this time for the Marines were a single diagonal stripe of 1/2" yellow worsted lace for Corporals and two stripes for Sergeants. The stripe was placed on each sleeve below the elbow, with the outer points inclining diagonally towards the elbow. See picture below. Made in the USA!
